My wife and I got married this past July at the Renaissance Golf Club in Haverhill, MA and without a doubt, one of the highlights was having Dennis McCarthy as our wedding DJ. Our wedding was May 29, 2011 and our DJ was Ron Ferrell. I must say that Ron was great, he had the right combination of professionalism and fun that was perfect for our style of wedding. He was experienced and organized when it came to planning the night and followed through on everything. He went above and beyond, for example, our staff at the Hotel were somewhat incompetent and Ron actually fixed the sound system when they neglected to check to see if it was working (for the ceremony!). We recommended him to our friends who have a wedding in October and they are going with Ron.

My husband gave him a list of "must play" songs and then we just told him to read the crowd and do his thing. From the minute the dance floor was opened up to the last song the dance floor was packed. He did a great job with introductions and checked in with us a couple of times throughout the night. He gives each couple a CD at the end of the night with all "their music" on it. Just a really nice touch.

I had a great feeling about you when we met at your house to go over our wedding song, as we were undecided, and everything went so perfectly. You managed to maintain every age group on the floor, there were no lulls, and not one song throughout the entire evening where there was a mass exodus off the dance floor because it was something completely off-kilter.

I cannot tell you how integral your professionalism and overall performance was to making our wedding day a COMPLETE success.
